For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and jl35. By accessing or using the jl35 Platform in any manner — including by browsing the website, creating an Account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a wager — You are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the jl35 Platform, You must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which Your Account remains active:
3.2 jl35 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jl35 may result in the suspension or closure of Your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.3 Residents of certain jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing the jl35 Platform due to local legal requirements. It is Your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the jl35 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
4.1 To access real-money features of the jl35 Platform, You must register a single Account. Registration requires the provision of Your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and creation of a secure password.
4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jl35 Account. Creating or attempting to create duplicate Accounts — including under a different name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Account balances.
4.3 KYC Verification. Before jl35 will process any withdrawal from Your Account, You must complete the KYC verification process. KYC requires the submission of:
4.4 jl35 may request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Such documentation may include proof of source of funds, proof of address, or additional identity verification materials.
4.5 You warrant that all information and documentation submitted to jl35 during registration and KYC is genuine, accurate, and current. Submission of false, forged, or misleading documentation is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your jl35 login credentials, including Your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with Your Account. You must not share Your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 jl35 staff will never request Your full password via any communication channel. Any message purporting to be from jl35 that requests Your password is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify jl35 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of, or having reasonable grounds to suspect, any unauthorized access to or use of Your Account. jl35 will take appropriate action upon receipt of such notice, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received and acted upon.
5.4 jl35 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. 2FA is available to all jl35 Accounts and can be activated from Account Settings at any time. jl35 shall not be liable for any Account compromise or resulting financial loss on Accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.
5.5 jl35 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account where suspicious activity, unusual login patterns, or potential security breaches are detected, pending investigation and player verification.
6.1 Deposits. jl35 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the jl35 cashier and may be updated from time to time.
6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in Your own legal name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as third-party in origin will be returned to the source, less any applicable transaction costs, and may trigger an Account review.
6.3 jl35 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or deposits from unregulated financial instruments. Funds deposited from sources not explicitly listed on the jl35 cashier may be returned or withheld pending compliance review.
6.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified Accounts only. You may request a withdrawal to any payment method registered in Your name, subject to availability. jl35 targets the following processing timelines:
6.5 jl35 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts, or where jl35's compliance team determines that additional verification is warranted. The timelines in Clause 6.4 do not apply during such reviews.
6.6 All transactions on the jl35 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jl35 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.
7.1 jl35 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and free spins. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the jl35 promotions page or communicated to eligible players directly.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any activity that jl35 determines, in its reasonable judgment, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy Wagering Requirements, collusion with other players, exploitation of software bugs, or use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, the forfeiture of all associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
8.1 All games and betting markets on the jl35 Platform are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market, as provided by the relevant game provider or sportsbook operator. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.
8.2 All wagers are final once confirmed. jl35 will not reverse a placed bet except in cases of verified technical error by jl35 or the relevant game provider, or in circumstances where jl35 determines that the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms or applicable law.
8.3 Technical Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of any game or wager, jl35 reserves the right to void the affected game or wager and refund the staked amount to the relevant player's Account. Neither jl35 nor any game provider guarantees error-free operation of the Platform at all times.
8.4 jl35's sportsbook offers betting on events including PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, UFC, volleyball, badminton, e-sports, and other sports and events. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of wagering. jl35 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets.
8.5 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets are subject to suspension or early settlement at jl35's discretion based on the progression of the relevant event. Odds on live markets may change rapidly, and it is the player's responsibility to verify the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl35 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Any balance in a suspended Account will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in whole or in part where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.
10.1 All content on the jl35 Platform — including but not limited to the jl35 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other original content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl35 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl35 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant You any rights of ownership in jl35's intellectual property.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl35 intellectual property without prior written consent from jl35.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl35 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with Your use of, or inability to use, the jl35 Platform.
11.2 jl35 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended from time to time for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances outside jl35's reasonable control.
11.3 jl35 is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, device compatibility issues, or any other technical circumstances outside of jl35's direct control that affect Your ability to access or use the Platform.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl35's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 jl35 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and recognizes that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors. jl35 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from any authenticated Account, including:
12.2 Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded will be prevented from logging in and will not receive any promotional communications during the exclusion period.

13.1 jl35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:
13.2 In the event of Account closure for cause, jl35 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed and involves financial misconduct, the withheld balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
13.3 Players may voluntarily close their jl35 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance in a voluntarily closed Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, Your Account, or Your use of the jl35 Platform, You agree to first contact jl35 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jl35 will endeavor to resolve all player disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a formal written dispute submission.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized Philippine arbitration body. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or collective proceeding.
14.4 Nothing in this Section prevents jl35 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court of law where jl35 determines that such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
15.1 jl35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor clarifications and non-material amendments may be made without prior notice. Material amendments — those that substantially affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the jl35 Platform prior to the effective date.
15.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of the full Terms document. It is Your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jl35 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If You do not accept any amendment to these Terms, Your sole recourse is to close Your jl35 Account in accordance with Section 13.3 prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date without raising a formal objection constitutes unqualified acceptance.
